Kristi Hughes, Founder and CEO of The Fermented Experience, is a Certified Wine Professional who curates bucket list experiences in wine country all around the world, encompassing wineries, distilleries, breweries. She believes that a once in a lifetime experience doesn’t have to be just one time. The more you celebrate, the happier you are. She’s a sought after podcast guest speaking on all things fermented.
Kristi has a passion for all things fermented and being the bridge that brings people from all different wine enjoyment levels to the families and farmers of fermented beverages from all over the world, sharing their story. Her enthusiasm and prolific experience (retail, wholesale, imports, distribution, wine tourism) in the wine/spirits industry is the reason she founded The Fermented Experience.
When Kristi is not helping fermented beverage enthusiasts cross off their bucket list, you can find her tending her home garden, wrestling with her own “little” vineyard, cooking with her hubby, and most of all spending time with her large family, especially her three grandsons.
